Top notes are Mandarin Orange, Orange and Petitgrain; middle notes are Seaweed, Lavender and Cotton Flower; base notes are Virginia Cedar, Woodsy Notes, Patchouli, Clary Sage and Amber.

This aromatic aquatic fragrance gives men energy and refreshment with its marine notes. 

The perfume is named after Charles "Lucky" Luciano an Italian-American gangster who was said by the FBI to be the man who “organized” organized crime in the United States of America.
